Homework, checked and explained.

Snap a photo of a worksheet. CheckMyWork checks every answer, shows how to get each one right, step by step, and gives a few more like it to practice until it clicks.

How it works

  1. Snap a photo

Take a picture of each page, or add a PDF. Up to 12 pages at a time, graded in about a minute.

  2. See what's right

The app reads the handwriting, works out every answer itself, and marks what was missed. If it isn't sure it read something right, it says so, and a parent can take a look.

  3. Fix and practice

Every missed problem gets a walk-through, one step at a time, with hints and “3 more like this”. Once it's fixed, the red mark reads “Corrected”.

“I built CheckMyWork to help my daughter with her math homework. I wanted more than a red X: something that shows how to get to the answer, the way a patient tutor would.”

Made for homework night

  • For parents

Know how it went in a minute, not after a 20-minute hunt for the answer key. Grades show right away, and the app flags anything it wasn't sure of.

  • For kids

Two buttons that matter: Fix and Practice. A walk-through that can be read aloud, “Explain it another way” when it doesn't land, and “Ask about this step” for any line.

  • Before a test

Review my mistakes gathers everything missed in a unit. Practice the unit makes a fresh set.

  • Organized like school

Kid › Grade › Subject › Unit, with worksheets added over the year. Class files can come straight from Canvas.

Good to know

  • Math works best. Built around middle school math. Essays get a What's working / What to fix review instead of a score. Science, social studies and Spanish are newer.
  • Free, with limits. 10 worksheet pages a week per family, plus a daily amount of AI help. Enough for most homework nights.
  • Handwriting is hard. The AI can misread a number now and then. Anything it wasn't sure of is marked, so a quick look sets it right.
  • Still growing. One parent builds it. Things improve most weeks and may change now and then.

Try it on tonight's homework.
